"How to start and maintain a Meditation Practice" is a 4 week, 1:1 online course held at a time to suit the student on Wednesdays, or Saturday afternoons. Details
You do not need to have previous experience. You do not need to be struggling with meditation to benefit from this course; regular guided practice can be a great way to bring ourselves out of a dormancy. The taught practices will be from both traditional yogic meditation and modern techniques.
The £60 covers 4 online sessions each lasting 1 hour; and weekly course notes to support and challenge you in your weekly practice. I encourage you to also purchase a journal to write anything that you learn, feel or think in relation to the course.
