Tuesdays Vinyasa 6:00- 7:00pm

There has been a 10p price rise this January to cover the small cost of the room increasing, which occurs at the venue every January.

Bailgate Methodist Church Tuesdays 6.00-7.00pm. Please arrive 5 minutes early for class (late arrivals cannot be accommodated).

Tuesdays Vinyasa class is a traditional 1/2 class with more attention to details of energy and breath. Savasana is always 5 minutes long and these classes start and end exactly on time. Please only book if you can honour that.

Please only book your ticket if you have either;

1) been to the class before within the last three months, or

This class is not suitable for beginners (its not demoed throughout).
