An easy going yoga class suitable for absolute beginners and those looking to use their Saturday morning to stretch and soothe the body! Ideal if you happen to experience low joint mobility. The class does not move quickly, and variations of poses are given to enable all to practice together. This slower class is based around Hatha yoga, and is aimed at those students who don't fancy being in plank at all on a Saturday morning.

Guided relaxation does form a part of the end of the class.

An ideal way to de-stress the body and mind for your weekend.

Mats can be provided, bring your own if you would like to, just let me know in advance.

Arrive in time to start at 10:10 (doors open at 10am), late admissions cannot be accepted into the class.
